Creating 3D models
We offer you the creation of virtual 3D models based on the documentation provided by you (these can be 2d drawings, sketches, photos or finished products). We base the high quality of our services related to 3D modeling on many years of experience as a leader in the 3d printing industry in Poland. Ready 3D models made by us can be used as:
- The basis for further project work (eg for creating technical documentation, creating assemblies)
- Visualizations of finished products
- The base for making products on CNC machines
Improvements in ready-made models
We offer you the service of correcting and redesigning models sent by you. Rapid Crafting performs design work on various CAD software, therefore we are able to work on models that had been made on the base of parametric curves and surfaces (eg made in 3dsmax or Rhino programs) as well as models made on the base of spatial geometry and mathematical formulas (e.g. in SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor).
Redesigning models for 3D printing
We offer you a service of designing models that may later be made with one of many rapid prototyping methods. Each 3d printing technology has different requirements in relation to modeling, due to the specificity of technology. Rapid Crafting offers the possibility of redesigning the model in such a way that its quality after printing is as good as possible, while reducing the cost of printing and keeping the shape as close as possible to the original.
Rendering
We offer professional rendering based on supplied 3d models. Thanks to the use of rendering, models that are a collection of points and equations in space become more visually attractive. Rapid Crafting provides full rendering services, with texture overlaying, matching the most beneficial lighting and rendering in the form of high quality graphic files. Possible applications of renderings:
- Commercial materials
- A cheaper alternative to professional photos of the finished product
- Presenting a prototype that does not physically exist yet
